had a feeling that was it, is there any other program that does the same that you know of? With the particular piece of hardware I'm using it seems to crash tterm. I want to do the same process with another app to prove it's the hardware at fault. How about flow control? Have you played with all th...

I'm not too sure on the pricing (I bought mine a long time a ago)

But I use mine to access the console port on the Cisco routers. So you will be fine accessing the Sun console port.

Hi, [snip]As for having date/time in log file name, LogMeTT does that automatically when "Start logging when the macro ends" option is selected. I'm currently using version 4.20. Is there a way of starting the logging feature automatically? Ideally, the name of the log could be in the form of IP_OF_HOST+DATE

So if I telnet to 10.10.10.10 the log file can be called "10_10_10_10-10-25-05.txt" (oct 25 2005)

Thank you

Hi, I would suggest that you use Ctrl + Tab or Ctrl + Shift + Tab key to switch TeraTerm window. Now there are TeraTerm tabbed tool in the followgin site, but it's resource is Japanese only. I want to support TeraTerm tabbed feature in the future. http://www.geocities.co.jp/Playtown-Denei/4192/ttwc...

Hi Yutaka, I do not think you are taking right approach here, as even in the 'plain text' mode all printed characters, including those that were erased later by pressing Delete or Backspace are still in the log causing confusion. I think it would be better not to append the log file or buffer at th...
