How do you log in without the prompt?

How do you know when to send the second telnet command without the prompt? The only way is if your proxy doesn't have a prompt.

The only other way is that you are sending the telnet command to the proxy without waiting for the prompt.

Not it is not working.

I would like to do this so I can kick off an all-night process from a Unix box, without the Unix box kicking me off after 5 minutes of inactivity on the telnet session.. I realize I could do this with scripting, but this should be a feature I can configure in teraterm... Or is that capability alread...

Yutaka: I have developed a work around for the time being. I wrote a macro that will open a new TT window when I try to connect to any host. When I do this, the error never happens. The error only occurs when I have already connected to another host and I try to connect with SSH to a different host ...

I was thinking one way of doing this would be to have a macro command that could pass menu command codes to the TT shell. If you look in keyboard.txt, there is a list of menu command codes you can assign to user keycodes. We could pass these menu command codes to the TT shell from a macro file. We d...

Yutaka and Boris: I have another suggestion for the Macro language. It would be really great if we could work with the global clipboard contents inside of macros. Such as copying from the clipboard into a variable. I understand the clipboard can be very large, but we could limit operations to the fi...

Boris: Come to think of it, the area where this has been a real problem for me is not calling a macro from another macro (although that would still be great to do), but when calling a macro from the "keyboard.cnf" file. I have a number of keyboard mappings defined. I place them into groups based on ...

I was able to use a key generated with ssh-keygen from SunOS box. So, it does work.

Do you have plans for implementing SSH2 where the user does not have to enter a password?

http://sshwindows.sourceforge.net/ I used this version of OpenSSH. I tried several times, and sometimes I got the "bad base64 decode" error, other times I got a "nested" error. I tried saving in UTF-8 format, but this failed as well with a "no start line" error. TeraTerm definitely looks for "-----B...

when I call a macro with the "include" command I am not able to pass arguments to the macro. the interpreter tries to open the filename + args as if they were all one large file name. "test 1 2" does not open test passing 1 and 2 as arguments. The interpreter tries to open a file "test 1 2.ttl" Anyo...

Hello, I used "ssh-keygen2.exe" to generate a test key.
