I have 4 Macros to run every day. How can I run all 4 macros in a single click.?

Is there a way to assign all 4 macros as Startup Macros???

This feature is currently not supported. If your macros are in .ttl files, you can create .bat file and start them from there by calling Tera Term and passing macro as command line argument. If macros are in .LTT file you can again start them from .bat file but use runltt tool for macro execution.

If you are using LogMeTT, you may want to simply schedule each of 4 macros to run at certain time using built it scheduler. Than it will be "no single click" mode :)
Best regards,
