Hello Members,

I installed Tera Term 4.94. I connected to COM port for sending commands to an embedded system. I notice that when I type each character in key board, Tera Term immediately sends to COM port.

My intention is to type our custom command strings and send to embedded system after hitting the enter key. Sorry to say that, in my search I couldn't found similar issues posting.

Hence, could you please help me, how I can configure to Tera Term to send only after hitting "Enter Key"?

Thanks in advance
Dileep

Neither are ideal but you could do one of the following.......

  1. paste the command using Alt+R (which appends a carriage return).
  2. use a macro to send the command(s)

    Code: Select all

    1. sendln "command to send"
