TeraTerm Configuration

This is probably an easy question but I haven't found a solution. I'm using LogMeTT but between the configuraiton for LogMeTT and TeraTerm, I'm not sure how to setup the colors in certain situations.

It appears to me that we have the ability to change the colors based on normal, bold, blink, reverse, and URL. When I login to a server and view a directory I may have files and directories with different permissions. My issue is that some permissions, say directories or read only files, are somehow defaulting to colors that clash with the background and make reading almost impossible.

How do I further define color schemes for these type of file and directory permissions?

Nevermind. I thought it was due to a TeraTerm configuration but it was really an account setup on the Linux boxes. Please see dircolors if you are interested:
