TeraTerm Development and Support
Are you among those who used TeraTerm in the past and then switched to Putty, SecureCRT or another terminal emulator due to the lack of features TeraTerm versions 2.3 or 3.1.3 had? If so, we have good news for you! Thanks to the group of enthusiasts from Japan lead by Yutaka Hirata, TeraTerm is back with lots of new features placing it ahead of many competing products. And the most important is that TeraTerm remains FREE and open source application as it was from the very beginning, over 10 years ago.
This web site contains the latest versions of TeraTerm and accompanying products. It also hosts TeraTerm Support Forum attended by TeraTerm developers. Feel free to subscribe, ask questions, suggest new features for TeraTerm or report bugs.
